Starmark Return Policy

The customer has 14 days to contact customer service or their service center director to initiate a return and receive authorization.
Merchandise must be in sellable condition and returned in original packaging.
Custom orders are not eligible for refunds.
A refund will be issued as a credit to the account.
A restocking fee of 25% will apply to all returns.
Starmark reserves the right to not accept returns or issue credit for such products damaged in transit.
The customer is responsible for return freight (when applicable). Supply items may be returned via UPS or USPS.
Customer Service or your service center director can arrange to pick up larger items upon request.
