Refund policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If a return is necessary, please review the guidelines below to ensure your return can be processed smoothly.


Initiating a Return

Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact Starmark Customer Care Team or their Service Center Director to request a return and receive authorization. Returns cannot be accepted without prior approval.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in sellable condition

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging

  • Custom orders are not eligible for return or refund

  • Starmark reserves the right to deny credit for products damaged in transit

If merchandise arrives unsellable or without original packaging, a refund may not be issued.


Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued as a credit to the customer’s account. No cash or card refunds will be provided.

A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.


Return Shipping & Freight Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return freight unless otherwise specified.

  • Supply items may be returned via UPS or USPS

  • For large or oversized products, Customer Service or your Service Center Director can arrange pickup upon request

Return shipping instructions will be included with your return authorization.


Damaged Goods

Starmark reserves the right not to accept returns or issue credit for merchandise that is damaged during return transit. Please package items carefully to avoid damage.
